Workgroup connection problems?

take a look at both computer ip address and try pinging it if you can then go to run and type \\ip address. then it will either show all your shares or give you the error again. i also noticed you have foward slash instead of back slash. if the error comes back the you have to check if you have firewalls up not just the windows firewall, if you have a antivirus it might have a firewall and you need to disable it. if it doesnt work let me know I will help you.
