Does diarrhea have anything to do with pregnancy and you have all the othe symptoms of being pregnant?

the only thing that is going to tell youweather or not you are pregnant or not is a positive pregnancy test. throughout my whole poregnancy if i didnt get bigger, heart the heart beat or ultrasound, i would never know im pregnant
