What is that AFV video with the clown and the moonbounce?

Ok, I'm trying to find the most HILARIOUS! video that I once saw on America's Funniest Home Videos. It's about a birthday party for a young child (8yr?) and there are hispanic children and family there and it's held in their backyard. A clown suddenly shows up and gallops across the yard, holding its arms out to give children hugs, and the children run away screaming. The clown continues to run around and goes straight for the moonbounce which already has a handful of kids in there already. The clown jumps in and frantically starts jumping around as children tumble over eachother trying to get out through the small exit to get away from the unwanted entertainer. Please help me find this video; it's the funniest thing i have ever seen!!
