White Strobe Kit for BMW X5?

I am looking for a white strobe light kit for my 2008 BMW X5. Yes I know it can be illegal, but I have all the proper permits for them (being an engineer who stops at construction sites all the time). i would prefer a kit that can be professionally installed into the head/taillights, but a nice set of suction cup mount ones for the back window would be nice.
