My husband abandoned my daughter and I in 1993! I have filed for divorce 3 times with no luck. what do I do?

He had gotten divorce papers started in New mexico got his part sign notarized then sent up to me in CT. DiD my end sent back down to NM so he could file! He calls me says don't want 2 pay $140 so I said send back up I pAy courts and send paperwork directly to New Mexico court! He thinks it a big joke! Even with lawyer didn't help? What do I do?
