Outlook 2007?

The preview pane is primarily for the body of the email itself, attachments that are anything but pics cannot usually be previewed as they have a seperate application that needs to be used to decipher the file.....in the case of the .msg extension, its another message and therefore needs to be opened or saved seperate from the first message to be viewed....those types of attachments just double click to view them.
