Loading Film in Container before Processing.?

i am in a photography cl at school. we have to use film in teh cl. no digital. i like it. but i have trouble putting the film from teh film canister into the container to process it. you must do this in the dark (pitch balck) because the film is sensitive to light. i am not good at this and have done it 4 times, messing up all times. i have practiced and can get it while practicing. HAS ANYONE DONE THIS? AND HAVE ANY TIPS FOR ME?
