Is there a Pword remover for mac os?

I don't have much experience in working with mac's but im good with Unix an Linux , Windows. Is there any program out there that changes the pword or just simply removes administrator pword and users. Ive used Active Pword Changer for windows and manually done it with Unix an Linux but for mac how would i do it?
