Dog peed on my rug.......the smell wont go away?

my dog peed on my rug, in 2 different spots. i cleaned it from both sides (on top & underneath) and i sprayed it with this oxy power spray or something and then i sprayed it with some lysol and i left my window open for a day..the smell kinda went away for a few days, its back now .. HOW DO I GET RID OF IT?!!?!?!
