Advice how 2 emotionally handle the news of EXTREMELY low sperm count and motility?

Well after about 2 years of trying we finally went and got a SA on my husband. The first one there was NO sperm at all. Not even any dead one... *I know, suprising* We went to a RE a week later and they did another SA and found 24,000 sperm but there is only 15-18% motility... So basically he might as well be broken... Haha.. We have changed out lifestile and cut out all caffiene, alot of processed food, and alot of zinc and vitamins. So we are going to retest in 3 months. But they say our only chance is IVF. So we are going to go ahead and do that but not until August 2010.. :( *tear* My question is, is how to people accually handle this news?? I have always heard of it happening to OTHER people, and now its the story of my life.. I just need some words of encouragment.
