Will the marine corps expand over the next few decades?

I know the United States Marine Corps prides itself as "The Few, The Proud" but they are relatively large; already the U.S. Marine Corps is bigger than all of the British army and has more air power than the British RAF. So do they plan on expanding their force over the next few decades? They're already quite large, relatively.
