When will Full Metal Alchemist Brotherood be in English Dub?

Ok so I LOVE FMA and I was about to watch Episode 11 Miracle at Rush Valley on YouTube but everything from that episode on is Japanese! I am freaking out and I have no idea what to do or how to watch it. By the way I won't watch on Adult Swim and I wont be buying the DVD's. So if you could please give me an easy site that I can watch English Full Metal Alchemist Brotherhood on thanks. Please answer and thank you SO much you would help me out so much.
