My little brother doesen't know what he wants to be when he grows up any ideas?

Hey my little brother has hearing problems and cant read right he is very good at math but flunks because he cant comprehend the directions. He says he wants to be a michanic like our father but the job doesent pay all that well and i know he could be great at anything that he puts his mind to please give me some ideas on what he could do when he gets older.
