Internet connection on nokia 7210?

Hello, I have Nokia 7210 supernova,for internet I am able to connect mobile to PC with Blue tooth, but when I tried with USB 101D datacable, status is showing that Connected, and there is message that No network access and thats why am not able to access internet,
