Hi I am intrested in doing the scrapage scheme with my old banger!?

I have been looking at the chevolat Matiz and the Fiat Panda (much prefer the chevolat) However I am only willing to pay �4000 after scrapage. I'm not really that bothered which make or model car I have . Have spent some time on the internet but not sure what the best deal is? Does anyone know the cheapest offer out htere at the moment (I will be getting it on finance) Thank you x
