Does anyone know where to purchase an English Dub/Sub Copy of the series Palm of Ru Lai (Buddha's Palm)?

I been looking for the Series Palm of Ru Lai for quite some time now, but have not been able to find an English Dub version or an English Sub version of the Series? Can anyone help? It has Julian Cheung and Athena Chu in it... Great Chinese Drama!!
